Owner & Founder of P6 Pilates

I couldn't be more excited to be living out my dream of opening a Pilates Studio for you.  I'm offering you guys super small classes of six that cultivate core strength, body awareness, improve alignment,  balance, flexibility, and muscle tone. We use the reformer, tower and wunda chair, among other pieces of equipment for low impact, full-body workouts to help change how our bodies age.  Come join us in our clean, uplifting community and feel yourself heal from the inside out!

P6 Pilates is the newest studio in the Fresno area offering you quality classes from the most uplifting environment.  We are rooted in tradition, as our name comes from the 6 principles of Pilates laid out by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates, but with a modern twist. The integration of these principles accounts for the balance, grace, and ease that one can experience as a result of practicing Pilates. We have several varieties of classes to fit your unique fitness needs.

  • Never been on a reformer before? No problem! You will learn the different settings of the reformer, which can be customized for specifically your body

  • A full-body introductory class ideal for beginners

  • This class introduces you to fundamental exercises, which will lay a foundation for your Pilates practice

  • Contemporary reformer class

CLASSICAL REFORMER FLOW

  • Classical Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

  • Classical Pilates teaches the exercises taught by founder Joseph Pilates, in the order that he taught them and the names he referred to them.

  • Intermediate Pilates class focusing on flow

  • Modifications for physical limitations available.

  • Calorie blasting mix of high-intensity interval training and Pilates-based strength training

  • A mat and tower workout

TOWER POWER

  • A mat & tower workout 

  • The Tower has an innovative Enhanced Pulley System which expands reformer and tower functionality with its myriad of spring setting options for straps, push-through and roll-down bars

  • Intermediate-Advanced Levels

STRETCH AND RELEASE

  • Stretch & Lengthen Muscles

  • Use trigger point foam roller and massage ball

  • Great class to help you recover from soreness

  • A regular stretch routine will help reduce soreness and muscles fatigue, improve performance, increase flexibility, decrease risk of injury, and increase blood flow to your muscles

ATHLETIC FLOW

  • Fun cardio-blasting class

  • You will be using the jumpboard

  • Rather than jumping up & down, you're jumping while laying down using spring resistance

  • Low-impact and won't stress joints
